All orders must be cancelled within 24 hours or purchase as this is when the items will be dipatched. Any orders cancelled after this time will receive a full refund for the item but will not be refunded P&P costs.
Should you find it necessary to return an item, please contact us beforehand to not only arrange the refund but to see if any other offers can be made. This type of feedback also helps to improve not only the products an the website, but our services and skills also.
All returns will be processed within 1-5 working days. Please ensure you include the following information when communicate with our customer support.
You may return any item for a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order with a valid proof of purchase. If we cannot prove you made a purchase on this websites, no refund will be issued. For products purchased in store, you may be entitled to an exchange, replacement or free repair at the managers discretion.
Refunds, Exchanges, Replacements & Repairs
Please ensure all items must be returned unworn, in the original package and properly packed to avoid damage in transit. Due to hygiene and safety reason, certain items, such as body jewellery, pierced earrings including pierced earrings in a necklace set, are non-returnable, if you have any concerns, please contact us.
All goods will be inspected on return and are the property of the customer until the refund has been issued. We are not responsible for any items that are damaged on the way.
If the item is being returned due to damage that has been caused by the customer or in transportation a refund will not be offered however replacement, exchange and repairs will be free. Photographic Proof of this must be attained.
If the item is being returned due to a fault of the product or an incorrect item, a full refund, replacement, exchange or repair will be issued and we will cover any extra delivery charges. Photographic Proof of this must be attained.
Any items returned to us due lack of claim will be re sent at the buyers expense. If the item is not collected within 28 days they buyer is at risk of loosing both the product and refund. If the 28 day period has passed and the buyer still has proof of purchase, they will be entitled to an exchange.
Returns will not be accepted for unwanted gifts or anything that is highlighted in the products description. Exchanges & replacements will be offered as an alternative.
